The Life of "William Frederick Turek": INTO EVERYTHING!!

Okay, so I admit it; I wanted Will to crawl so bad. It's one of those major milestones and I wanted to record it in his book. Well, Mr. Will took after his Mommy in the crawling category but he beat me by 2 weeks. I didn't crawl until 11 months. Will started crawling two weeks ago when he was 10 1/2 months. And can I tell you that it's gone from 0 to 100 in a matter of 14 days.

He's now breaking things. And to top it off, he crawls like a mad man making noises when he's going fast like, "uh uh uh uh" until he arrives at his destination. The destinations are things like.. toilet paper holder (which he broke; its stand alone), getting inside the shower, trashing the tupperware cupboard, plants, fireplace. Yeah~ all those things that you don't want him in.

But I can tell you this.. he's so cute doing it! I get a chuckle when I watch him go. He cracks me up every single day. You sure can't keep your eyes off of him.

Just this week, when I dropped him off at school, Micayla was after him (like she wants to crawl on his back). Will stops, looks at her and then they both lean forward and give each other a kiss on the mouth. It was so frickin cute! And I got a good laugh out of it.

Also at school, Will is getting an "Incident Report" every other day. This is when something happens and he hurts himself. Last weeks report was because he was trying to stand in his crib and fell down and hit his head. This week, I got a report because he fell out of the circle mat and hit his head. Yesterday, another child bit his finger. All these incidents result in "boo boo ice" and extra love. Now, I drop him off and tell him, "Okay Will. No incident reports today." I made a joke today when I dropped him off to see if the staff just wanted me to sign some blank Incident Forms upfront.
